A Notary Public (Signing Agent) for Loan Signings is most commonly setup through an escrow or title companies. However, Realtors and Mortgage Lenders, Bankers and Attorneys seek our services as well. Please call to book.  We are happy to work with anyone. Fees are as follows:

• First set/ Single set of loan docs (under $1M)  = $215

• Combo set = $ 250 & up  

• Printing of loan package fee is $45 per order (included in total)

• Travel fees are separate; as listed in the next slide under, "Travel Fees". (Varies per county)

• Cannabis REITs - Please call for pricing

• Cannabis licensed project documents related to Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs)- Please call for pricing & scheduling

• Cannabis misc. contracts- Please call for pricing
