Signers will need government-issued ID to match exact name on provided document. ID must reflect the same name on the document. Bringing 2 IDs works best! (ID forms include Passports, Drivers License, State Issued IDs, and more. Ask if you are unsure if your ID is one that qualifies.)
Signers must be of good capacity to sign, further being able to communicate willingness to complete signing to the notary.

Payments are due when services are rendered, unless 30 day net terms are prearranged and agreed upon.
No Shows or Denied Signings (once notary has scheduled, arrived and attempted to sign) are charged, printing and travel fees, unless otherwise agreed.
Printing is always available as well as scanning for immediate scan-backs.

This includes (but is not limited to): San Diego County; Riverside County; San Bernardino County; Orange County; Imperial County; and Los Angeles County.
Confidentiality, respect, and ethics are at the core of my work.
I will gladly witness signatures and deliver documents to the appropriate parties per your instructions.
